1. Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. We will contact you if we expect a significant processing delay.

2. Destinations, rates, and delivery estimates

Available destinations, shipping methods, and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery is available only to destinations supported at checkout.

Estimated transit times after dispatch:
United States and Canada: 7-12 business days.
United Kingdom and supported European destinations: 7-12 business days.
Australia and other supported destinations: 8-15 business days.

These estimates exclude processing time and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs checks, carrier disruptions, public holidays, weather, and other circumstances can affect delivery.

3. Tracking

We will email shipment confirmation and tracking information after dispatch. Tracking normally updates within 24-48 hours, although carriers may take longer to register a shipment.

4. Duties and import taxes

Shipping charges and any taxes or duties collected by us are shown at checkout. Your destination may impose additional import duties or taxes that are not collected at checkout; where applicable, these remain the recipient's responsibility under local rules.

5. Address changes, delays, and lost packages

Please verify your delivery address before placing an order. Contact support@tethira.com immediately if an address correction is needed. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment begins or after dispatch.

If an order has not arrived within its estimated delivery period, contact us with the order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the carrier. For a shipment confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, subject to your applicable consumer rights. Please report delivery damage promptly; this does not limit your legal rights.

6. Returns

Our US return processing address is for authorized returns, not our company registered office or a promise that orders ship from the United States. See our Return & Refund Policy for return instructions.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping method and destination.

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–12 business days
  • Australia & Rest of World: 8–15 business days

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All applicable customs duties and import taxes for standard orders are calculated in accordance with local import regulations. If any additional duties apply to your destination, they will be clearly communicated at checkout or remain the responsibility of the recipient upon import clearance.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier or arrives severely damaged, please contact us at support@tethira.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can arrange a replacement or full refund.
